The 15-minute call is a quick, no-pressure phone conversation before any commitment is made. Danael wants to make sure the fit is right — for both of you. Retainer plans are available exclusively to clients who have completed Tier 2 (The Priority Fix) or Tier 3 (The Operations Transformation). This ensures that every retainer client already has systems in place that are worth maintaining and growing — making the monthly support genuinely valuable from day one.

A support ticket is a simple form you submit when something needs attention — a bug, a broken automation, a question about your system, or a request for an adjustment. You describe the issue, note the urgency level, and attach any relevant screenshots or context. Danael reviews it and responds with a Loom video walkthrough or written update per your service agreement.

Support hours and response times are outlined in your service contract. Danael keeps response expectations clear and in writing before any plan begins.

Yes. If your needs grow and you want to move to a higher tier, you can upgrade at the start of any new billing month. Downgrades are available with 30 days written notice.

Plan details including scope and usage are outlined in your service contract. If your needs change, Danael will always be upfront about what plan makes the most sense for where you are.

If you hit your ticket limit or need work beyond your plan's scope, additional support is available at an hourly or per-project rate. Danael will always give you a clear estimate before any out-of-scope work begins — no surprises, ever.
