This ensures that every retainer client already has systems in place that are worth maintaining and growing — making the monthly support genuinely valuable from day one.
A support ticket is a simple form you submit when something needs attention — a bug, a broken automation, a question about your system, or a request for an adjustment. You describe the issue, note the urgency level, and attach any relevant screenshots or context. Danael reviews it and responds with a Loom video walkthrough or written update per your service agreement.

Yes. If your needs grow and you want to move to a higher tier, you can upgrade at the start of any new billing month. Downgrades are available with 30 days written notice.
