Not at all. The DDR Diagnostic stands on its own as a complete, paid service. Some clients take the findings and implement on their own — and that's perfectly fine. Tiers 2 and 3 are available when you're ready to have Danael build and implement for you, but there's no pressure or obligation to continue.

Because real solutions require real understanding. Danael doesn't offer cookie-cutter packages — every Priority Fix and Operations Transformation is built around your specific audit findings. Starting with the Diagnostic ensures the work is targeted, effective, and actually solves the right problems.

You'll receive a full written audit report and a Loom video walkthrough of your findings. Danael will identify your top 2–3 bottlenecks, deliver a Signature Insight, and outline a clear Phase 1 recommendation. From there, you decide whether to move forward with a Priority Fix, a full Operations Transformation, or take the report and run with it yourself.

Because the scope of work depends entirely on what the audit uncovers. A business with one critical bottleneck needs a very different build than a business with five interconnected system failures. The range reflects that reality — you're never paying for more than you actually need, and the exact investment is confirmed before any work begins.

The DDR Diagnostic is typically completed and delivered within 3–5 business days after your discovery form is received. The Priority Fix runs approximately 1–2 weeks depending on scope. The Operations Transformation varies based on the complexity of your build, but a clear timeline is confirmed in your project contract before work begins.

Yes. While DDR & Co. currently focuses on local businesses, all services are delivered remotely via Loom, Notion, and digital documentation — so location is never a barrier. If you're a fit, we can work together regardless of where your business is based.

Absolutely. Everything shared during the discovery process, audit session, and engagement is treated with complete confidentiality. DDR & Co. does not share, sell, or disclose client information. A service agreement is provided before any paid engagement begins.
